Massive room complete with fluffy towels and a selection of toiletries. A flat screen TV equipped with Netflix. Homemade Devon Flats provided a nice touch alongside other beverage options, ensuring a cozy experience.
The room layout felt awkward, with limited access to electrical sockets and poor lighting at the dressing table. The cooked breakfast didn't impress, coming on a tiny plate with quality that didn’t meet expectations, alongside issues like no provided drinking water. The overall exterior and garden could use some maintenance, giving off a slightly neglected vibe.

Family with kids should consider this
Had a lovely experience with the owners they treated us like family always checking in on us making sure we were alright. Breakfast was a major highlight they had so many options I couldn't believe it every morning was a feast.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for the experience we got.

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent bed linen and towels. The bathroom was immaculate but quite small. An electric fan was quickly provided due to the heatwave, which was appreciated. Alan, the owner, was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. the breakfast experience wasn’t great. the cooked breakfast served was not to my taste, with dry quality items, especially the sausages. Limited breakfast options overall. The room layout felt awkward, lacking sufficient access to electrical sockets and no lighting at the dressing table. Limited parking added to the inconvenience. The front steps and garden could use some maintenance. Still, it offered reasonable value for money.

We had a lovely time with fresh milk in the fridge and all the dog supplies we could need. The choice for breakfast was impressive, and I loved the little garden area where we relaxed. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky in the area, so prepare for a bit of a walk if needed! 🐾

Cozy stay with lovely hosts
We stayed in a spacious room, and it was so clean! The layout was perfect for our needs, especially with a baby. The hosts were super friendly and really understood what we needed. Morning brekkie was a real treat, we loved the in-room options! Just a bit of a walk to the beach, but totally worth it.
